RFS Consulting is a national company with headquarters in the city of São Paulo focused on construction projects with small and medium sized complexities and has as its main goal helping its clients in the planning and management of their construction projects such as: renovating a house, an apartment, an office, business place or even in the construction of a new building, so that they don’t waste time and especially money because of a badly planned and managed project.

In order to do so we have a team of qualified and experienced professionals who have been working in construction planning and management for more than 10 years.

OUR HISTORY

RFS Consulting is made up of professionals with a large experience in construction project management. It was first devised in 2017 to supply the great need small and medium- sized construction sites have (which account for 70% of raw materials’ purchases in civil construction today), regarding construction project management. Bad management can cause delays and waste, which may bring about losses of up to 30% in construction sites.

Today such a necessary tool for the success and good performance in terms of cost, deadlines and quality of the construction project is employed, in its vast majority, at more complex projects where the amount of liaisons, uncertainties, people, information and actions to be managed is very large.

PLANNING

Administration tool which enables perception in advance of a future reality and out of that   devising a plan to reach a certain goal in an easier way.

BUDGET

It’s the act of identifying, understanding, quantifying, qualifying and putting a price on a project in order to establish its total cost.
